To apply, go to MyLogin and select 'Additional Services' which can be found under ‘Organization Details’ in the 'Home' tab.
Click on ‘start/view request’ for more information and follow the steps on screen to send us your application.
Make sure the person that signs the shredding declaration has the status of order person and please do not forget to fill in the shredding logs.
