There are 2 ways to order hard copy certificates for your candidates through MyLogin.
During the order process of the exam session:
You can order hard copies for all of your candidates in a specific session during Step 1 of the ordering process by making this selection under ‘Delivery Of Certificates’ – please note you will only receive (and pay for) certificates for candidates that pass their exam.
After receiving the results:
You can order hard copies for one or more candidates in an exam session by going to the ‘Candidates’ tab of that session and clicking on ‘Order Hard Copy Certificates’ at the bottom of the page.
Please note that candidates can always order and pay for their own hard copy certificate in their personal MyLogin candidate portal.
