Supervisors can find the Emergency Procedures via the 'Emergency' button on the Supervisor Page in MyLogin. The Login to the Supervisor Page can be found in the Letter for the Supervisor in the exam package. The tab Emergency Procedures provides solutions for 3 different scenarios:
1. How to restore Connection with QuestionMark (QM) when a candidate loses connection.
2. How to reset QuestionMark to restart the exam for your candidate(s).
3. How to receive the exam on paper (as a pdf) in case there are computer issues.
The Order Person also has access to these Emergency Procedures in MyLogin by going to the corresponding tab in the session.
