Returning exam documents to EXIN must always be done safely and securely.
You have two options when dealing with paper-based exams:
1. Return the scanned answer forms and paper version of the completed and signed attendance list to attendancelist@exin.com. The attendance list can also be completed and signed digitally by the supervisor using their supervisor login details provided in that session's exam package. Please note - You need to have a self-scanning and shredding declaration for this. If you have questions about this process please contact our Support Team.
If you are already using the Self-Scanning and Shredding Service and you are using our Marking on the Spot app, you can use the app to return the documents to EXIN as well.
2. Return the entire exam package (exam questions, answer forms, and attendance list) by courier to: EXIN Holding B.V., Arthur van Schendelstraat 650, 3511 MJ Utrecht, The Netherlands.
When offering web-based exams you only need to fill in, sign and return the attendance list to EXIN after the exam is finished. You can use the paper version of the attendance list, in which case please scan the list and send a copy to attendancelist@exin.com, or you can use the digital version for which you received login details in the exam package for the specific exam session.
