With EXIN there are different ways to take your exam:
Accredited Exam Organization
As your exam is booked and arranged through the exam organization, you need to contact them directly if you are unable to take your scheduled exam. They are able to inform you about the cancellation and re-scheduling options.
EXIN Anywhere Video Recorded exam
Your EXIN Anywhere Video Recorded exam is available for 21 days after placing your order. You do not need to schedule for a specific date or time within these 21 days. You can take the exam at any time convenient to you. Therefore please make sure you order your exam when you are certain you will be able to take it within the next 21 days.
EXIN Anywhere Live Proctored exam
Your EXIN Anywhere Live Proctored exam is also available for 21 days after placing your order. If you have already scheduled your exam, but are unable to make the appointment, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before the exam was planned to take place. Please note that the new exam date needs to be within the initial 21 days availability period.
Go to the invitation email you received and click on the link to your exam to manage your appointment. Click on 'Change Appointment'.
