Yes, you can upload your training certificate at a later time, through your candidate portal.
What to do if I don't know how to start my exam?
Make sure you have the email from EXIN in front of you. The subject of the email is 'Link to start your EXIN Anywhere exam'. In this email, the link to your exam is available and the process is explained.

What to do if I can't install the software?
Take your exam at home on a personal laptop. Taking your exam within a company network, or on a company laptop, could influence the software of EXIN Anywhere.
Company laptops often have restrictions for downloading/installation options. Use your personal computer. If you're still experiencing issues, contact us.
What to do if your microphone is not working?
If the microphone of your computer is not working, you can attach a headset or earbuds to record the sound. In this case: Please make sure you do not wear these headsets or earbuds, but leave them on your desk.
What to do if my network quality is too low?
Turn off other devices that could influence your bandwidth (TVs, tablets, or other devices connected to the internet).
Move closer to your router for a more stable connection. Better yet, use a wired connection if possible.
Is your connection usually not very stable? Then it’s best to find a different (private) location.
What to do if my exam code is invalid?
If your exam code is invalid, then it is possible that the availability period of your exam has expired, or that the exam was cancelled. To find out more, please contact us.
What to do if I lose my connection or if the exam shuts down?
If you lose your connection during the exam, and you still have exam time left, you can return to the email with your Exam Link, retake the steps, and continue your exam.
What to do if I forgot to take a picture of my ID?
Don't worry, you can send a copy of your ID to candidatesupport@exin.com and include your reservation number or exam code. We will then process your exam session. If you haven't already sent it to us, then we will reach out to you per email to request a copy of your ID.
