As your PartnerNet login details are the same as the ones for your MyLogin account, you need to reset your MyLogin account. Click on 'Forgot Password' on the PartnerNet login screen to be taken to MyLogin. You just need to click on 'Forgot Password' again in MyLogin to receive a new temporary password by email. Once you have accessed MyLogin with the details from the email, please set a new password. This password can then be used for both your MyLogin and PartnerNet accounts.
