As an Accredited Partner, how can I get a copy of my candidates' digital certificates?

As soon as the candidates' exams are processed by EXIN and the results have been sent out you can receive a copy of the digital certificates.

Please go to the corresponding exam session in MyLogin and open the 'Candidates' tab. You will find the 'Send digital certificates to AEO' button at the bottom of the page. When clicking this button, a pdf with the digital certificates will be sent to you.
