Cancelling or Rescheduling your exam is only possible from your Candidate Portal.
Your login details are included in the invitation email you received after booking your exam.
Whether you can cancel or reschedule depends on your exam method, your position within the 21-day exam availability period, and how close it is to your scheduled exam time.
Please check these details carefully before making any changes to your exam reservation.
Video Recorded exam
You can cancel the exam within 14 days after placing your order. When you paid for your exam you will receive a refund. When you used a voucher, the voucher will be available again to make a new reservation, unless it has already expired. After these 14 days cancellation is no longer possible.
Rescheduling is not possible as there is no fixed exam time within the availability period.
Live Proctored exam
When you paid for the exam yourself, you can cancel the exam within 14 days after placing your order unless you are within 24 hours before your chosen exam time. You will receive a refund. After these 14 days cancellation is no longer possible.
It is also not possible to cancel your exam when you redeemed a voucher to pay for the exam.
Rescheduling is possible. It can be done for free up to 24 hours before your chosen exam time. If you are within 24 hours of taking the exam a fee will be charged. Please note you will only be able to reschedule within the original 21 days exam availability.
Exam in EXIN Exam Room (NL only)
Rescheduling is possible. It can be done for free up to 7 days before your chosen exam date and time. If you are within 7 days of taking the exam a fee will be charged. You will only be allowed to reschedule twice.
